Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal and pickup details at the time of booking.
  • Quad Biking Dubai reserves the right to refuse service if false or misleading information is provided.

Payments

  • Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
  • Payment may be required in full or partially in advance depending on the selected tour.
  • Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or approved online payment gateways.
  • Final pricing may vary for private tours, seasonal demand, or custom packages.


We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour time may be eligible for rescheduling or refund (subject to management approval).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may not be refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Weather and Operational Conditions

Desert tours are subject to weather and safety conditions. In case of unsafe conditions, we may:

  • Reschedule the tour.
  • Offer an alternative date.
  • Provide partial or full refund at our discretion

Safety and Participant Responsibility

By booking a tour, you acknowledge:

  • Quad biking and dune bashing involve inherent risks.
  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
  • You must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and drivers.
  • Safety helmets and equipment must be used as instructed.


The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if they:

  • Appear intoxicated
  • Behave dangerously
  • Fail to follow safety instructions
  • Endanger others
