Our sales vouchers, tickets, and coupons for these activities are governed by specific contract terms, including those of the owners and carriers. These terms are available upon request. By purchasing a voucher or booking a reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Full payment for the activity is required at least two days before its scheduled date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. Cancellations made 24 hours before the activity are eligible for a refund. If you fail to arrive at the designated location on time, the activity will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or omit any aspect of an activity, with or without notice, due to circumstances beyond our or our suppliers’ control, such as weather conditions, accidents, illnesses, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be offered.
Please be aware that our activities are adventurous and require both mental and physical readiness. If you have health concerns, inform our staff beforehand. Participants deemed unfit for an activity will be prohibited from participation to ensure their safety.
Given the risky nature of some activities, we stress the importance of using all provided safety gear and adhering to our expert guide’s instructions.
Quad Biking Dubai is not liable for any harm, loss, accident, illness, injury, or death occurring during the activity. Participants are expected to have health insurance and engage in activities at their own risk.
Services or items purchased from us are non-transferable and cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes without our prior consent.
Items left behind will be kept for three months before being responsibly disposed of. We advise you to take care of your belongings, as we are not responsible for their loss or damage.
